Monthly and yearly plans renew at the accepted price until cancelled. Two- and three-year offers are single upfront totals, not monthly or yearly instalments; their checkout is not activated yet. Discounts do not stack with the bank monthly discount. No extra OstadApp checkout fee.
New entries and changes stop at the confirmed cancellation time. Existing records remain viewable for one calendar year from that time, unless your account is separately deactivated. After that, workspace access ends; cancellation does not delete your records or issue a refund. Optional cancellation reminders run every 15 days during the read-only period.
These are OstadApp plans, not Intuit or QuickBooks subscriptions. The Owner controls regular prices and public offers. Tax filing and money transfer integrations require separate setup.
Card / bank required · No charge during the trial. New trials run from activation until the end of that calendar month in America/Chicago. They are not a fixed 30 days. Monthly plans charge on the 1st of the next month for that month, then on each following 1st. Cancel in Customer billing before your trial ends to avoid subscription charges.
Pay monthly by verified bank-to-bank payment and save another $2 each month (up to the monthly fee), before applicable government tax. This discount is not applied to card payments, unverified payments or annual/multi-year plans. A bank-funded PayPal payment is not automatically a verified bank-to-bank payment.

Yearly and multi-year terms remain separate upfront plans; they are not charged monthly. Existing trials keep their original no-automatic-charge terms unless the customer separately authorizes a new subscription.
